Once your account is set up and ready to use, there are no ongoing charges for receiving SMS messages. When sending messages, all you need to take care of is the cost of topping up your account with message credit as needed.

Whether you’re sending messages to Austria or Zambia, our extensive directory of international locations will give you the country code and the send rate in GBP. For each country there is a flat rate charge per SMS message - sending within the UK, for instance, costs just 3p.

We ensure that your message credit will never expire and stays active forever and can be used as little or as often as you wish. The quickest way to add credit to your account is via pre-pay top-ups, which are made online using a payment card and done automatically when the transaction has completed.

If you do start to get low on funds, we’ll send you an automatic low credit alert
